Introduction

 

MoSi2 Heating Element  can be installed and replaced while the tin bath is operation. The heaters can be installed through the side-seal, or through the side of the bath roof, and are commonly used to extend campaign lives, where conventional elements in the side zones have been broken, and insufficient power is available.

Note: For inquiry, it is better to provide a drawing of the element and specify the element diameters in millimeters. For example, an element with a (d) diameter of 9 mm and a (c) diameter of 18 mm is often referred to as a 9/18 element. Other dimensions may be specified in millimeters or inches.
