W Type (3-Phase) SiC Heater For The Production Of Display, Borosilicate And Other Special Glass Formulations​

 

General Description

 

W type or shape SiC heater or SiC heating element is designed to be used with a three-phase power supply. The three units of the heating element makes a W shape. The main application is as the power supply for electric furnaces for

, automotive and solar-glass applications.

 

This kind of SiC heater or SiC heating element is available in special glazed quality, to minimize attack by volatiles present in the tin bath. Special quality element is also available for furnaces used for the production of display glass, TFT and PDF, as well as borosilicate glasses and other special glass formulations.
