Product Description

Mosi2 heating element is a special product combined metal and ceramics. So it has the characteristics of silicon and molybdenum.Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) is a refractory metal silicide that is primarily used as a heating element.In recent years, its potential for use as a structural ceramic has been recognised, as the material combines excellent oxidation resistance and high elastic modulus at elevated temperatures.

2.Chemical porperty

The element cannot be used for rather long time in 400-700 ℃,otherwise ,it will be atomized owing to the strong oxdizing action in low temperature.
