The highest operating temperature of silicon carbide heating elements can reach 1600℃, which can be used for electric furnaces and electric tunnel kilns with furnace temperature between 600-1500℃. It can produce silicon carbide rods of different specifications with a diameter of 8mm-60mm and a length of 300-6000mm.
